G/LIC/N/1/MDA/3 The purpose of this law is to ensure the access to the population to medicinal products, of high quality, effective and safe, keeping the prices affordable, and to prevent improper medication. This law applies in all spheres related to investigation, drugs testing, approval, manufacture, application, use, import, export, storage, distribution, sales, control.
