Rules and all information relating to import licensing procedures applicable in Antigua and Barbuda are published in the Import License Procedure Bulletin, the External Trade (Import Prohibition) Order, Statutory Instruments 2001 No.23 of the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda, and in the Government Gazette of Antigua and Barbuda.
In accordance with Article 8.2(b) of the Agreement, I have the honour to forward copies of the Import License Procedure Bulletin, the External Trade (Import Prohibition) Order, and Statutory Instruments 1999 No.42 and Statutory Instruments 2001 No.23 of the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda. These documents contain the lists of goods subject to automatic and non-automatic licensing and guidelines on how to obtain an import licence.
