DENR Administrative Order No. 2021-31 - Chemical Control Order for Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)
All importers with Hydrofluorocarbons must register under the Chemical Control Order for Hydrofluorocarbons prior to the issuance or application of the Pre-Shipment Importation Clearance. This must be applied through an online application at the EMB Central Office.
