DSWD Administrative Order No. 11, series of 2012 – Revised Guidelines in the Management and Processing of Donations

The DSWD provides a definite set of guidelines that specifically correspond to its mandate of certifying and endorsing licensed and/or accredited private Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs) for duty-exempt importation of donations. Consequently, such guidelines would also contribute in streamlining systems in the management and utilization of donated goods consigned to these organizations.
