Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions (FX Manual), as amended, of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) including relevant appendices issued under BSP Circular No. 794 dated 18 April 2013.
Appendix 2 of the FX Manual – provides the list of regulated import commodities, as well as the respective government agency/institution which issues licenses/clearances/approvals in this regard.
Appendix 3 of the FX Manual – provides the list of prohibited importations under the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines.
