It establishes the import regime, based on an authorization certificate, for products which are dangerous for the population’s health and the environment and the administrative body for submission of applications: the National Agency for Dangerous Chemical Substances and Preparations. This Government Decision is repealing partially the Government Decision No.340 of 20 June 1992 on the regime of import for wastes and residues of any nature, as well as for the other goods dangerous for human health and for the environment.
