  Order № 135 establishes the procedure for issuing the import licence:
  
  - list of documents required to obtain a licence;
  
  - information about import licensing procedures and application forms are available on the special website "Support for foreign trade participants" (http://www.non-tariff.gov.ru);
  
  - maximum processing time for issuing licence is 15 working days;
  
  - possibility of applying for a licence in electronic form, also applicants may submit an application form and the required documents to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation or to its regional offices in all regions of Russia;
  
  - in case of refusal to grant a licence - obligation of written response.

  1) Some information was added in subparagraphs 4-6 of paragraph 21 of section “The exhaustive list of the documents that are necessary for providing state services”.

  
  

  Subparagraph 4 after words “the copy of the document on registration on the account in tax authority” was added “or the copy of the document on state registration”.

  
  

  Subparagraph 5 after words “the copy of the license for implementation of the licensed activity” was added “or data on existence of the license for implementation of the licensed type of activity….”

  
  

  Subparagraph 6 was added with such sentence “The applicant has the right to submit the documents specified in subparagraphs 4 and 5 of the paragraph 21 on his own initiative”.

  
  

  2) In the section “The order, size and bases of collection of the state tax or other payment raised for providing state services” the established size of the state taxes (licensing fee) was changed (paragraph 34)

  
  

  The size of the state taxes (licensing fee) has become:

  
  

  - for submission of the license - 7500 RUB,

  
  

  - for the issue of the duplicate confirming existence of license - 750 RUB.
