    Regulations for the Importation of Toothfish (Promulgated)


    Convention for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) has implemented a range of management initiatives on toothfish, including the Catch Documentation Scheme (CDS), to support their conservation. In view of our responsibility as a market state to combat Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing along with the international community, Chinese Taipei therefore reinforced the management over importing toothfish by enacting the “Regulations Governing the Import of Toothfish” under Article 44, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph, of the “Fisheries Act"
