    Industrial Explosives Administrative Act (Amendment)


    Modification of specific details in existing procedures: Other: Applicant's qualifications for employing explosives users and managers.


    Industrial Explosives Administrative Act: Article 26-1-4 (11 December 2019 Amended): To protect the working rights of people with disabilities, whether they are capable of taking the position of an explosive manger or expert on the field, should be decided by the team, which was organized by the competitive agency after counselling with specialists and experts.

    Amendment of "Item List of Industrial Explosives" which is enacted pursuant to Article 2 of the Act)


    For upholding the safety and peace of society, applicants importing the products specified attachment need to apply for an import approval before proceeding for customs clearance.


    Modification of specific details in existing procedures: Product coverage


    No change except C.C.C. Codes 2905.59.90.10-1, 2905.59.90.20-9, 2921.42.00.10-0, 3602.00.90.00-7 are removed, and C.C.C. Codes 2904.20.00.15-2, 2908.99.00.31-4, 2920.90.20.11-7, 2920.90.20.21-5, 2920.90.20.22-4, 2927.00.90.11-4, 2929.90.00.70-0, 2933.69.90.31-0, 2933.99.90.21-6, 3602.00.90.11-4, 3602.00.90.12-3, 3602.00.90.90-8 are added to the product coverage.
