Ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, goods and equipment that may contain or use ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases.
The Law regulates production, import, export, storage, use, placing on the market and handling of the ozone-depleting substances, fluorinated greenhouse gases, goods and equipment that contain or use them, which affect the ozone layer and global warming level.
