  Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 302 of 14 September 2007 "On approval of the regulatory acts relating to licensing of imports of goods and amendments to the Procedure for consideration of applications for issuance of licences related to non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activities in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine".

  
  

  The Procedure for issuing licenses to import of products mentioned below is specified in the Order of the Ministry of Economy No.302 "On approval of the regulatory – legal acts concerning licensing of imports of goods and amendments to the Procedure for the processing of applications for issuance of licenses in the sphere of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activities in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine" of 14.09.2007 (mentioned in document G/LIC/N/3/UKR/3 of 10 December 2010).

  
  

  Meat and edible offal of poultry under heading 0105, fresh, chilled or frozen (UKTZED[1] 0207);

  
  

  Fat free lean parts, pork fat and poultry fat, not flushed and not singled out in any other way, fresh or chilled, frozen, salted or in brine, dried or smoked (UKTZED 0209 00);

  
  

  Insecticides (except veterinary medicines), fungicides, herbicides, means of prevention sprouting and growth regulators, rodenticides (except veterinary medicines) and other similar means (except disinfection) (UKTZED 3808 50 00 00*, 3808 91*, 3808 92*, 3808 93*, 3808 99*).

  
  

  * with an exception of some consignments, which are imported free of charge with the permission of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources solely for state testing and research.

  The Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 302 "On the Procedure for Licensing the Imports of Goods" of 14 September 2007 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 23823 "On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine" of 17 September 2024) provides for the following:

  
  

  - submission of documents and issuance of the license in paper or electronic form through the information system of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine or the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services;

  
  

  - reduction in the list of documents required for obtaining the license, along with clarification of the procedure for their submission and the procedure for obtaining the license;

  
  

  - definition of the procedure for obtaining approvals for imports of goods from central executive authorities through the electronic interaction system;

  
  

  - submission of payment documents or relevant information by applicants in electronic form;

  
  

  - issuance of the license upon confirmation of payment in the relevant software systems;

  
  

  - alignment of terminology in the Order No. 302 with current legislation;

  
  

  - amendments to the application form for an import license and the license form.
