Public Services Regulatory Commission Decree No. 24 of 3 April, 2002
“On Approval of the Temporary Order of the Licensing for Import and Export of Natural Gas and Electrical Energy in the Power Engineering Sector of the Republic of Armenia” is published in the Publication of Departmental Legal Acts No. 11(97) of 2 May 2002.
The Decree regulates the procedures of acceptance and discussion of an application for the license, granting, refusal as well as the extension of validity period of the license for import and export of natural gas and electrical energy in the power engineering sector.
