  The Ministry of Planning and Finance, in exercising the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 204 of the Sea Customs Act.

  
  

  The Ministry of Planning and Finance has issued the procedures for taking action of importation that are contrary to the regulations imported from abroad. In this notification, it is described that the penalties shall be imposed according to the Section 167 (8) of the Sea Customs Act and Section 7 (1) of the Land Customs Act, if goods are imported without approval documents or against the prohibited/ restricted regulations. Especially, it is mentioned that the fine will be applied/imposed on the importation of vehicles, mechanisms and general goods which are contrary to the permission and restrictions according to the annex table.
