    Designation of specified mercury and mercury-added products as the products subject to import licensing procedures under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act To adopt import licensing procedures for specified mercury and mercury-added products to ensure the implementation of the Minamata Convention on Mercury (adopted in October, 2013) aimed to protect the human health and the environment from anthropogenic emissions and releases of mercury and mercury compounds.
