Persistent organic pollutants, as provided for in Decree No. 5.472 of 20 June 2005.
In the case of products regulated by the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (Decree No. 5.472 of 20 June 2005), import licensing aims to restrict the quantity by means of a complete prohibition or prohibition with specific exceptions.
