Exclusion of the following products has been effected on the basis that there are other regulatory mechanisms in place for these products:
Other plant parts for perfume and pharmaceutical purposes, cannabis and cocoa leaf under the Harmonized System Heading 1211.9090;
Hydrogen under the Harmonized System Heading 2804.10;
Rare Gases under the Harmonized System Heading 2804.20;
Sulphuric Acid; for chemical analysis and Oleum under the Harmonized System Headings 2807.0010/2807.0030;
Other games, coin or disc-operated; amusement machines other than bowling alley equipment under the Harmonized System Heading 9504;
Cannabis resin/Vegetables, saps and extracts e.g. agar-agar concentrate of poppy straw, extracts and tinctures of cannabis and opium under the Harmonized system Heading 1301.9090 and 1302.1000.
The exclusion of the above listed products from the Import Licensing Regime and therefore from the List of Items Requiring Import Licensing. Please see updated list attached (Annex 1).
