Waste, parings, and scrap of plastics under Customs Tariff heading 39.15 shall be considered goods subject to licensing requirements for import into the Kingdom. This Notification shall come into force sixty days after its publication in the Government Gazette and remain in effect until 31 December 2024.
A new regulation is issued and terminates the regulations as follows:
Notification of the Ministry of Commerce on Import of Goods into the Kingdom (No. 112) B.E. 2539 (1996).
