Nuclear Safety Act
Modification of specific details in existing procedures: Administrative body(ies) for submission of application
For the safety of nuclear energy and the implementation of international standards, Nuclear Safety and Security Commission is an independent organization for nuclear matters such as imports.
In addition, HS 2846 (Cerium, etc) is not eligible for use as a nuclear material, and has therefore been denied approval by Nuclear Safety and Security Commission: Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (Atomic Energy Act) has been changed to Nuclear Safety and Security Commission (Nuclear Safety Act).
