- Expected duration of licensing procedure
- Referring to the Decree 180/PM, dated 07 July 2009, the expected duration of the licensing procedure shall be within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of submission the applications in the case of an automatic import licensing and in case of non-automatic import licensing expected duration shall be within 30 days on the first-come, first-served basis or not longer than 60 days on the simultaneously basis.

Decree on Import Licensing Procedures No. 180/PM, dated 07 July 2009.
The Administrative body for submission of application for importation of guns and bullets for sportive purpose changed from Department of Advisory Major, Ministry of National Defense to Permanent Secretary Office, Ministry of Public Security.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued the Notification on goods subject to automatic and non automatic import or export licensing, Notification No.0076/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 13 January 2012.
